As I look out my office window, I am seeing signs of spring. Small signs but I know it’s coming. There are birds coming to my feeder and daffodils have begun to poke their heads out of the ground. I visited Christianson’s Nursery last week for a session and even though much of the landscape still looked dormant, they were busy watering and tending to the garden beds. The gorgeous greenhouses were full of life and that delicious smell of spring. Thank goodness! I’m just not a winter loving kinda girl. I am so over it!
We shot Hope’s senior session at Christianson’s last fall. It is one of my favorite locations because of the sparkly light and variety we can capture at one single spot. I loved working with Hope. She warmed up quickly in front of my camera and was able to give me some fantastic expressions! What a natural beauty! And I love that she enjoys working on the family farm and with the animals. She is definitely my kind of girl. 🙂
Here are just a few of the images we captured that evening back in October. I hope your senior year has been fabulous so far, Hope!
I only have a handful of sessions available in March! Contact me very soon if you want to book. The moody skies and sparkly light of winter do make for gorgeous images!
