I love that this beautiful momma not only wanted to celebrate the joy of her pregnancy with our photo session, but also the love she has for her first baby boy.   In a matter of weeks, he will go from seeming like her little baby to being the much older, independent big brother.    What a lucky family his new little brother is to be born into such a family of love.

I was so fortunate to get to spend my morning with this beautiful woman as she is about to welcome their first child into this world… she was radiant.  And now we wait to meet the little one growing inside.  I’m looking forward to capturing the love of this new family soon.

It was so much fun to get to visit with my friend Katie again.  With her visiting from Texas, I knew I wanted to get together to capture a few photos of her before her little girl arrives soon. I only wish I could see their sweet baby girl and capture her earliest days for her!

I got to meet up with this sweet couple this week for their maternity session.   I was so excited to see a gorgeous field behind their home.  I am already dreaming of taking their sweet little newborn out there when he or she arrives.  Fingers crossed for some lovely weather on the day of the sesssion!

It’s always such a joy to photograph expectant mommies. But I have to say, when it is the first baby it’s even a little more special. I remember those last few weeks of my first pregnancy like it was yesterday, not almost 6 years ago.
